The Gym originally appears as a small, empty house, but standing at the center of its carpet causes it to burst into its true form, a maze-like, layered sphere of glowing pathways under a night sky riddled with galaxies and a comet and with constellations of various Pokémon like Pikachu, Lunatone, and Staryu hanging in between. The challenger must navigate three separate levels of pathways (blue topmost, green in the middle, and purple lowest) with warp tiles connecting different levels where their paths overlap. The Gym Leader is located on a circular platform on the lowest level. After being defeated, Olympia will offer the player a warp back to the original house.
